About Me !

Saludos Familia and welcome to Latina Voz Newsletter! As the founder, I’m excited to share a little about myself.

I’m a proud Puerto Rican who loves adventure, reading and being a devoted mom to my two incredible children. For the last 16 years, I’ve called Florida my home, and I find it deeply fulfilling to learn and serve our community daily.

I recently graduated from Polk State with a Bachelor’s in Supervision and Management, and I’m pursuing a Juris Master’s in Employment Law and HR Risk Management at Florida State University. My ultimate goal is to achieve a Juris Doctorate!

Growing up in a military family, I’ve had the opportunity to travel to many places, but Orlando has stolen my heart. When I’m not working as an Organizational Change Management Lead, you can find me lost in a great book or exploring the outdoors with my family. We’re big fans of road trips, dirt biking, and discovering new delicious local cuisine (have you tried Mutts in Saint Cloud? It’s incredible!).

Helping others is my passion, so I serve as a Polk State College Peer Mentor, SHRM Group Secretary, OCPS Volunteer, Brand Ambassador, and Talent Champion. Guiding others toward achieving their dreams energizes me, so I founded the Latina Voz Newsletter.

Latina Voz is a platform to uplift and empower our community, where we can connect, share our experiences, and celebrate our unique identities.
